Bank of Bird Mobile Application Log On issue

Due to high volume, we are currently experiencing intermittent login issues on the mobile app. Stimulus payments are expected to start posting as early as this week and we expect this high volume to continue. We encourage users to set up and utilize deposit alerts so that you can rely on the notification for when your deposit is available. This can be done by logging into your Online Banking from our website and navigating to the ‘Settings’ tab, and then the Alerts option underneath that.
