Bird-in-Hand, Pa. (January 16, 2026) – Bank of Bird-in-Hand, a community-based, full-service bank with approximately $1.725 billion in assets as of September 30, 2025, has opened its ninth branch in Honey Brook, Chester County, PA. The new branch, located at 440 Pequea Avenue, officially opened on Monday, December 15, 2025.

“Opening our new brick-and-mortar branch in Honey Brook represents the fulfillment of long-standing plans for Bank of Bird-in-Hand,” said Kevin J. In addition to Honey Brook, Bank of Bird-in-Hand operates branches in Bird-in-Hand, Ephrata, Intercourse, Lykens Valley, Manheim, Paradise, Quarryville, and Schaefferstown.

To commemorate the opening, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Thursday, December 18, attended by members of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry, community leaders, Bank leadership, and valued customers.
